"Good value, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve ordered from Shop Adorn a couple of times now, and overall I think the prices are fair for what you get. A few things are definitely on the pricier side, but the quality has been solid so far. My only real annoyance is that the communication isn’t always super clear, especially around updates or what to expect after ordering. I’d still buy again, but I’d probably wait for a sale

I ended up getting the wrong item in my order, which was really frustrating. The timing couldn’t have been worse because I needed it that day, so having to deal with the mix-up was a huge hassle

"Not the kind of service I expected"
I’m disappointed with the customer service. I waited way too long to hear back, and when someone finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question or help fix anything. To me, it felt like they were just trying to get me off their plate instead of actually helping. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I tried using the site on my phone and it was a pain. It kept freezing when I tapped around, pages took forever to load, and I couldn’t find basic stuff like the menu, product info, or even where to go next. I’d click something and nothing would happen, then it would suddenly jump to a different spot, or I’d have to refresh and start over. It just made simple things feel way harder than they needed to be.

I ordered from Shop Adorn and was impressed with the packaging. Everything was packed neatly and arrived safely, with no crushed box or messy wrapping. It actually felt like they put some care into it, which I really appreciate. The shipping box was simple but sturdy, and the items inside looked really cute when I opened it. I’d definitely order again.

"Wrong size, easy fix"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and expected the exchange to be a hassle. But from my experience, it was really straightforward. The return label was easy to figure out, I got updates along the way, and the correct size showed up sooner than I thought. It made the whole thing feel stress-free, which I really appreciated

I figured the order would take a bit, but the shipping ended up being really slow. Maybe this is just how their deliveries usually go, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

"Pretty Good Fit, Minor Chest Drama"
I ordered this dress and the sizing was close to what I expected. It fit well overall, but it was a little snug in the chest, which made me briefly question all my life choices. Still totally wearable though, so not a huge deal. Shipping was fine and arrived without any chaos. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing info could be a little clearer.

I ordered from Shop Adorn and it went fine, so I can’t really complain. The site seems legit enough and my order showed up okay, but idk, I’m still not 100% sold on the brand yet. Some reviews are kinda all over the place, and the website feels fine but not super confidence-givng. Maybe I’d try them again, but I’d still be a little cautious.

"Really nice quality accessories"
So... I ordered a couple of accessories from shopadorn.com and I’m really happy with them. I was a little worried they might feel cheap, but they actually feel sturdy and well made. The colors matched the photos too, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been wearing them often and so far nothing has broken or tarnished. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Always Find Something Cute"
I’ve had a really good time shopping here. I’ll usually just pop in to browse, thinking I’m only going to look around, and then I end up finding something cute. The styles feel a little different from what I see everywhere else, but they’re still easy to wear day to day. There’s a good mix to choose from too, so it never feels like I’m stuck looking at the same few things.

"Decent, but I expected better"
I ordered a sweater and a pair of earrings, i’m a little disappointed in the sweater. It looked cute when I first took it out, so I’ll give them that, but the fabric was way thinner than I expected. After just one wash, it already started getting a bit fuzzy, which feels like something they should’ve done better for the price.
The earrings are cute and seem fine so far, so I don’t regret the whole order. But overall, I feel like I’m partly annoyed because I expected the quality to match how it looked online, and that’s where it fell short for me.

"Said it was in stock, but apparently it wasn’t"
I ordered a top from the site because it clearly showed as available, so I figured everything was fine and there wouldn’t be any issue. Then a few days went by, and instead of getting a shipping update, I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. That was frustrating, because if I had known from the beginning, I could’ve just ordered it somewhere else and not wasted the time waiting around. It seems like the inventory on the website isn’t being updated properly, which is really annoying when you’re trying to buy something before it sells out everywhere.
